Day 1
Marrakech to High Atlas Mountains to Dades Valley
Start your 10 Days tour from Marrakech by settling into your comfortable air-conditioned vehicle. We will climb the soaring High Atlas Mountains, stopping for panoramic photos before reaching the spectacular Kasbah Ait Benhaddou.
This famous UNESCO World Heritage site is the backdrop for epic movies like Gladiator. After a tasty lunch, we drive along the beautiful Road of a Thousand Kasbahs until we reach the Dades Valley for dinner and a relaxing overnight stay.
Day 2
Dades Valley to Todra Gorges to Merzouga Desert
After a fresh breakfast, we head to the magnificent Todra Gorges, where giant red rock walls reach toward the sky. Enjoy a peaceful walk among the towering cliffs before we drive south through palm filled oases to Merzouga.
Here, you will trade your car for a camel and trek across the rolling Erg Chebbi sand dunes at sunset. The night ends at a beautiful desert camp with a delicious dinner, sweet mint tea, and Berber drum music under the stars.
Day 3
Merzouga Desert Exploration and Nomad Visit
Wake up for an unforgettable desert sunrise before enjoying breakfast. Today is dedicated to discovering the Sahara! We will visit local Berber nomad families living in traditional tents to share a warm cup of tea and learn about their daily life.
You can also add some pure excitement to your day with thrilling ATV off roading across the massive sand dunes. In the evening, return to your cozy desert camp for another magical night of stargazing.
Day 4
Merzouga to Ziz Valley to Fes
Say goodbye to the Sahara as we head north toward the cultural capital of Morocco. Our journey takes us through the stunning Ziz Valley, home to millions of green date palms. We will stop for a relaxing lunch in Midelt before climbing into the Middle Atlas Mountains.
Here, we will take a walk through the fragrant cedar forests of Azrou to meet the friendly wild Barbary macaque monkeys before arriving at your lovely riad in Fes.
Day 5
Full Day Guided Tour of Fes
Today you will step back in time. After breakfast, a local guide will take you on a complete walking tour of Fes el Bali, the oldest and largest medieval medina in the world. You will wander through a massive maze of narrow alleys, visit the famous colorful leather tanneries, and admire the beautiful historic schools and mosques. Enjoy a traditional Moroccan dinner at your riad after a full day of fascinating exploration.
Day 6
Fes to Roman Ruins of Volubilis to Chefchaouen
We leave Fes in the morning and take a short drive to Volubilis, an incredibly preserved ancient Roman city with stunning mosaic floors. After exploring the ruins, we continue our journey deep into the Rif Mountains until we reach the breathtaking blue pearl of Morocco, Chefchaouen. You will have the late afternoon to wander the peaceful blue painted streets and take amazing photos before relaxing at your hotel.
Day 7
Chefchaouen to the Capital City Rabat
Enjoy a slow and relaxing morning taking in the calm mountain vibes of Chefchaouen. You can shop for unique local crafts or sip coffee in the main square. In the afternoon, we will drive to Rabat, the elegant capital city of Morocco sitting right on the Atlantic Ocean.
We will visit the beautiful Hassan Tower and wander the incredibly clean and historic Oudayas Kasbah before settling into your hotel for the night.
Day 8
Rabat to Casablanca to Marrakech
After breakfast by the ocean, we drive down the coast to Casablanca, the largest city in Morocco. Here you will visit the majestic Hassan II Mosque, one of the few mosques in the world open to non Muslims, featuring stunning architecture right over the water.
