Your 7 Days tour from Marrakech starts bright and early as you settle into your comfortable air-conditioned vehicle. We leave the city behind and wind our way up the soaring High Atlas Mountains, pausing at the highest peak for incredible panoramic photos.

Soon, we arrive at the spectacular Kasbah Ait Benhaddou, a famous UNESCO World Heritage site featured in epic Hollywood movies like Gladiator. After a tasty lunch, we travel along the beautiful Road of a Thousand Kasbahs, finally reaching the Dades Valley for a delicious Moroccan dinner and a relaxing overnight stay in a local hotel.

Day 2

Dades Valley to Todra Gorges to Merzouga Desert

After a fresh morning breakfast, our adventure continues to the magnificent Todra Gorges. Here, a river has carved a massive canyon with giant red rock walls reaching toward the sky. Following a peaceful walk among the towering cliffs, we drive south through palm-filled oases until we reach Merzouga.

This is where you trade your car for a camel! You will trek across the rolling Erg Chebbi dunes just in time to watch a breathtaking sunset. The night ends at a beautiful desert camp where you will enjoy dinner, sweet tea, and traditional Berber drum music under the starry Sahara sky.

Day 3

Merzouga Desert Exploration and Nomad Visit

This entire day is dedicated to discovering the true magic of the Sahara. Wake up early for an unforgettable desert sunrise before enjoying breakfast. Next, you will take a thrilling 4×4 ride around the massive dunes to visit local Berber nomad families.

You will sit inside their traditional tents, share a warm cup of tea, and learn about their fascinating daily life. We will also visit the nearby village of Khamlia to listen to authentic Gnawa music. In the evening, you return to your cozy desert camp for another magical night of stargazing.

Day 4

Merzouga to Draa Valley to Ouarzazate

After a final beautiful morning in the desert, we begin our scenic return journey using a completely different route. We will travel through the vast Draa Valley, which is home to the longest river in Morocco and millions of lush date palms.

Following a relaxing lunch break in the charming town of Agdz, we continue our drive to the peaceful city of Ouarzazate. Known as the Hollywood of Africa, this quiet city offers a great place to rest, enjoy a hearty dinner, and spend the night in a lovely local riad.

Day 5

Ouarzazate to High Atlas Mountains to Marrakech

Enjoy a relaxed breakfast before we explore the film studios of Ouarzazate, where many famous movies and television shows were created. We then begin our scenic drive back over the High Atlas Mountains.

We will take our time winding through the beautiful mountain roads, stopping for tea and soaking in the panoramic views. By the late afternoon, we will arrive back in the vibrant city of Marrakech. We will drop you off at your accommodation so you can rest and prepare for the coastal leg of your grand adventure.
